Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.
2. This Court, by an order dated 13.07.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.7178 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).
4. According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) investigation is still pending.

5. Considering the fact that the investigation is still pending, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 28/08/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
