RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5242 of 2020 for a period of 2 weeks and to pass suitable orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KABILAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption ' for extension of time'.
2. Earlier this Court by an order, dated 10.07.2020, directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Only) to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, on or before 20.08.2020. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the petitioners are not able to mobilized the said amount. Hence this petition.

3. Considering the request, time is extended for a period of four weeks from today.
