This petition has been filed by the mother, seeking production of her daughter, Karthikai Jothi, aged about 17 years. 2.Detenue has been produced by the second respondent. Second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.402 of 2018 on its file, regarding missing of the detenue. Detenue, aged 17 years, informs that she had gone away to Tiruppur and that she now wishes to return to the care and custody of her parents, the petitioner/her mother and father, both of whom are present and agreeable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
