PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the I Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose the O.S.No.7 of 2020 within a time framed as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition has been filed to direct the I Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2020.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.7 of 2020 for partition of the suit schedule property before the I Additional District Court, Madurai. It is submitted that all the 13 defendants have filed their written statement and the issues are yet to be framed. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that I Additional District Court, Madurai may be directed to dispose of the suit suit in O.S.No.7 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible as the defendants have filed their written statements. 2/4

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision stands allowed at the time of admission without notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the I Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
