O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to issue a work order pursuant to the tender notification dated 12.01.2026. The 2/6

petitioner's technical bid was accepted. However, without cancelling the said tender notification, the sixth respondent issued a fresh tender notification dated 19.02.2026. This Court, by order dated 12.03.2026 in W.P.(MD)No.5974 of 2026, quashed the tender notification dated 19.02.2026 and directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the financial bids submitted by the petitioner, or to proceed with the tender process, or to cancel the tender strictly in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the said order of this Court, the respondents have not considered the financial bid of the petitioner in respect of the tender notification dated 12.01.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the sixth respondent has placed on record the proceedings dated 30.03.2026, whereby the tender notification dated 12.01.2026 has been cancelled and a decision has been taken to issue a fresh tender notification in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 30.03.2026 in the manner known to law.
