Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, to set aside the order passed in W.P(MD)No.5634 of 2018 dated 01.04.2019. PRAYER IN WP(MD).5634/2018:

To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.2574/A3/2017 dated 04.01.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant Science from the date of appointment i.e.01.06.2015 with all the consequential benefits. SUB A(MD) No.130 of 2023 (Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 15.06.2023, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court made earlier, which could not be complied with fully, has been fully complied with now, as the pay benefits payable to the petitioner have been disbursed. 2.The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, the question of re-opening the main Contempt Petition does not arise. Accordingly, recording the said submission, this Sub Application is closed.
