When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that G.O.Ms.No.149, Education Department, dated 20.07.2018, has been issued for recruiting computer instructors by the Teachers Recruitment Board and the same is under challenged. 2.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
