2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.03.2023, when the defacto complainant, a Checking Inspector, was on duty, he found that the petitioner, by using a forged identity card and bus pass, travelled in the Government Buses and caused loss to the Government.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and on the date of occurrence, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, for which, this case has been foisted against the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that it is a matter for trial and it can be raised before the trial Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

6. Though the petitioner has raised several grounds, this Court is of the opinion that it can be appreciated only during the trial. Therefore, 2/4

this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all these grounds before the trial Court, during the trial and the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam, is directed to complete the trial process within a period of six months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
