This is a writ of mandamus seeking direction to the second respondent to grant retirement benefits of the petitioner to a tune of Rs.5,34,165/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Five Only) inclusive of the pension of Rs.3,58,552/- Provident Fund of Rs.22,571/-, Earned Leave Salary of Rs.1,32,120/- Arrears of salary of Rs.20,922/- along with interest from 01.07.2011 by considering the representation, dated 22.01.2015 given by the petitioner within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.It is agreeable for the learned counsel for the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders.

4.Under such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2015 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
