PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2020 and take appropriate action against the 3rd respondents for artificially blocked and created a breach of water channel on the northern bank of water channel situated in Survey No.212, Aladipatti Village adjacent to the survey numbers 24 and 25 of Kalyanasundarapuram Village on the southern bund and illegally tap water for her personal purpose. 1/3
