ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 21(d) of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882) and Under Section 2(16) (a)(b)(c)(20), (36),9, 39 and Section 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 in W.L.O.R.No.1 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. It is seen that there is no previous case against the petitioners. The investigation appears to be substantially over by now. In view of the same, the petitioners are permitted to surrender https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court and apply for regular

bail and on such application is being filed, the concerned Jurisdiction Magistrate shall consider the same on the same day itself.

4.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
