of the vehicle to its owner / 2nd respondent, has filed this revision.

2. The criminal case is for the offence under Section 406 I.P.C., as against certain staff of ACT India Ltd.

3. The Trial Court looking into the vehicle documents, ordered interim custody to the 2nd respondent.

4. The 2nd respondent is a registered vehicle owner. The revision petitioner is not the owner. He says that some amounts are due to him. For that he can initiate legal proceedings before the competent Court. But, he cannot stand in the way of the 2nd respondent getting interim custody of her vehicle. In the circumstances, we do not find any flaw in the impugned order passed by the Trial Judge.
