2.The petitioner is a joint pattadhar. He seeks issuance of separate patta. He had already given an application in this regard on 06.02.2024. 3.The respondent is directed to conduct enquiry. The petitioner shall heard in person. The respondent is directed to issue notice to all the interested parties and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
