Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader brought to my notice that on the same date of the application being made, the 2nd respondent has rejected the petitioner's application for issuance of separate patta in online by passing similar four orders citing that there is a double documentation.

3. However, in all fairness, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the said rejection order was passed without giving an opportunity to the petitioner.

In view of the above, though the petitioner has not challenged the rejection order, dated 04.01.2025 (2025/0103/29/432780, 2025/0103/29/432782, 2025/0103/29/432771 and 2025/0103/29/432774), this Court takes note of the subsequent event, viz the said orders, dated 04.01.2025 and quash the same and directs the 2nd respondent to consider the matter afresh and pass orders, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner to submit all the relevant documents claiming for separate patta. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
