PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 16.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.1 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is nothing to do with the alleged occurrence and hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submits that investigation is not completed. He would further submit that as per the prosecution case, a huge sum of Rs.60,00,000/- has been transferred to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9380 of 2022 account of the petitioner's brother and it needs detailed investigation.

5.Considering the fact that huge amount of money is involved in this case and investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
