This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was served as a Secretary in the Khadir Mohideen Educational Institution from the year 2017 to 2020. He would further submit that some miscreants had hacked the website of the above said Institution.

3. Since the website of the College was hacked in the year 2020, after lapse of two years, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 01.02.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No TSG 2/4
