ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A10 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 109,147,148,294(b),302, 324, 341,342,506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 24 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 29.01.2023 Sankarlal's grand father died and his groups engaged in fixing condolence posted in the entire street and at that time there was a wordy quarrel, and thereafter they were separated. Thereafter at about 4.30 hrs one Vikram and the son of the defacto complainant were standing and talking in front of Paravai Karuppasamy kovil at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.7371 of 2023 that time the petitioner herein said to have given weapon to murder the deceased, hence the case.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. 4.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 09.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3115 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
