ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation dated 23.06.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, CP.No.169 of 2021 is assigned and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it was only a money transaction between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
