ORDER

The writ petition had been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the second and third respondents/ to survey the land of the petitioner in S. No.103/1 (patta No.2509), measuring 2 cents, at Palayampatti Village, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.The petitioner had purchased the aforementioned land by a registered sale deed, dated 29.12.2021, registered as Doc.No.29/2012 in the jurisdictional Sub Registrar's Office. He had applied for survey of lands and paid necessary charges on 10.04.2023.

3.The petitioner had filed the writ petition on 13.4.2023, which is just three days later. The petitioner should have give some consideration for the respondents that they have also other duties to discharge, not to examine the application of the petitioner herein.

4.A direction is given to the second and third respondents to consider the application of the petitioner on and after 01.06.2023, thereafter, proceed to survey the land and complete the same on or before 31.08.2023. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
