Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GEORGE PAUL ANTO.L, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioners from surrendering before the Trial Court in pursuance of the common judgment in Criminal Appeal No.100 of 2021 dated 18.03.2024 passed by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai confirming the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Madurai in S.T.C.No.199 of 2019 dated 06.09.2021 pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
