ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 448,354(A), 294(b), 323,506(i) of IPC in Crime No.116 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and tried to misbehave with her and also abused her in filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.7181 of 2023 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
