The above petition has been filed seeking orders to amend the Court and case number as I.D.O.P.No.708 of 2025 before the Family Court, Padmanabhapuram instead of I.D.O.P.No.927 of 2024 before the Family Court, Nagercoil in the above petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that divorce petition was originally pending in I.D.O.P.No.927 of 2024 before the Family Court, Nagercoil and subsequently, the case was transferred to the Family Court, Padmanabhapuram and the same was pending in I.D.O.P.No.708 of 2025 and that therefore the petitioner was constrained to file the present amendment petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main petition.
