ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus directing the official respondents to consider her representation and to register her child's birth in the Birth Register.

2.When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation produced the written instructions received from the City Health Officer, Tirunelveli Corporation and submitted 2/4

that the orders of this Court has been complied with and necessary entries have been made with regard to the birth of the petitioner's daughter and that the birth certificate was also issued to the petitioner. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
