ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.04.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for survey, sub-division and issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is already under consideration by the third and fourth respondents and if any time limit is fixed by this Court, the entire process will be completed and an order will be passed.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the representation made by the petitioner is already under active consideration of the third and fourth respondents, there shall be a direction to the third and fourth respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents pertaining to the subject property to the third and fourth respondents.
4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
