Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5073/2001 Pa.Tho, dated 25.06.2012 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondnets to disburse terminal and pension benefits within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
