[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to construct Bio Safety Laboratory Level 4 in Chennai, Madurai, Trichy and Coimbatore.

2. In our considered view, the direction, as prayed for, cannot be granted. We can only issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.03.2015 and to take appropriate action.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
