ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Karur in 1/4

Crl.M.P.No.883 of 2024 in C.A.No.141 of 2024, in which the suspension of petition for suspension of sentence was dismissed for non-compliance of the order passed by the learned First Appellate Court.

2. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge had directed to deposit 25% of the compensation amount which was defaulted by the petitioner herein. Later, at the time of admission, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the compensation amount which is duly deposited to the credit of S.T.C.No.223 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur on 02.06.2025.

3. Recording the same, the order impugned in this criminal revision case, dated 29.10.2024 is set aside and the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur in S.T.C.No.223 of 2022 is suspended. The learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Karur is directed to dispose of C.A.No.141 of 2024 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
