For Respondent : Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of D.P.Act, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

No.8941 of 2020 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor , the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
