Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 and Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR for R2, the court made the following order:- It is seen that this matter relates to a matrimonial dispute. The first petitioner is the father-in-law and the second petitioner is sister-in-law of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned Counsel for the defacto complainant would submit that if the son of the first petitioner viz., Sasikumar, who is the first accused in this case is directed to appear for mediation there is a likelihood of settlement. The learned Counsel for the petitioners also agrees for the same.
3. In view of the above submission, the accused and the defacto complainant are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, at 02.30 p.m., on 16.11.2018. The learned Counsel shall inform their respective parties.
4. Interim order already granted by this Court is extended for the period of four weeks.
5. Post the matter after four weeks.
