ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. 2.It is a matrimonial dispute between the first petitioner and the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioners. Based upon which, enquiry was undertaken. Since it is a matrimonial dispute, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and Mr.Arun Kumar was appointed as mediator.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today ie., 19.07.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that based on the compromise reached between the parties before the mediator, the first petitioner and the defacto complainant are living under one roof.

4.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that before the mediator, the first petitioner agreed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.107 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Devakottai. But sofar, it has not been withdrawn. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner will make steps to get the matter listed before the learned Sub Court, Devakottai and on that date, he will withdraw the same.

5.Recording undertaking given by the first petitioner, nothing survives for further direction in this criminal original petition. 6.In view of the compromise arrived between the parties, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
