PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the Learned Additional District Court for P.C.R Cases, Tiruchirappalli District, to consider and dispose of the Bail Application filed by the Petitioner in Crime No. 119 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026 on the file of the 2nd Respondent herein on the same day of his surrender before the said Court and pass such further or other orders.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and a direction is issued as prayed for.
