ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The first petitioner as well as the defacto complainant appeared before me. The first petitioner admitted before me that the daughter of the defacto complainant has 1/4th share in the property left behind by Thangaraj. He agreed to file an affidavit in that regard.

3.The affidavit filed by the petitioner does not reflects what was agreed to be done before the me originally. It obvious that an act of impersonation has been committed. That apart, the legal heirs certificate has already fabricated. Based on the same a false patta has also been obtained and on that basis a few transaction have been falsely created.

4.Since acts of impersonation and fabrication of public records has been made out, a direction is given to the respondent police to register an FIR forthwith. Respondent is further directed to take speedy action in this matter and file a report before the registry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
