Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1195/C/13, dated 01.10.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pass necessary orders to enable the petitioners to remit the sale consideration of Rs.9,600/- and execute the sale deed for the old tenement No.B1 SIDCO, Industrial Colony, Thiruvarambur, Trichy, in favour of the petitioners as an outright sale and grant such other and further relief as this court may deem fit.
