Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for R1 and Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(crl.side)for R2 the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6653 of 2018, dated 24.04.2018.

2.Accused in this case applied for anticipatory bail before this Court. This Court granted anticipatory bail and imposed a condition that a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- must be paid within a period of three weeks and remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- must be paid within a period of six months. Till date even a single paisa has not been paid by the accused in terms of the order passed by this Court. Therefore, the defacto complainant has filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for cancellation.

3.Since the order passed by this Court has not been complied with and this Court is not satisfied with the request made by the accused that time should be extended, this Court left no other option to cancel the order of granting anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
