Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition is filed, under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 26.05.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5632 of 2016 and set aside the same. Aggrieved by the cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the accused, they have directed this revision.

2.I have perused the cancellation order and the connected papers. In the facts and circumstances, bail ought not to have been cancelled. Now, because of the subsequent events, the conditions becomes redundant because now investigation is over and final report has already been filed. But one disturbing factor is after filing final report on 28.04.2016, still no further action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In the circumstances, ordered as under:

(1) This revision is allowed.

(2) The bail cancellation ordered passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate is set aside. Bail conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8372 of 2016 is relaxed.

(3) The learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur shall take further action on the final report filed in Crime No.24 of 2016 on the file of the Sikkal Police Station within 3 days of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram shall ensure this.
