Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the entire records pertaining to the orders impugned passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/25036/2005 dated 08.08.2005 confirming the orders of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. A5/1089/2005 dated 02.03.2005 together with the order of the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.A8.20683/2003 dated 29.10.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the retirement and pensionary benefits to the petitioner counting his service from 07.03.1984 to 29.10.2003 with all attendant and monetary benefits, within a period as fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders.
