ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the registration department has no power or authority to classify the lands as agricultural or residential. That is the look out of the District Collector / Commissioner of Land Administration. The petitioner is permitted to submit a proper representation to the concerned authority and thereafter move this Court for relief.

3. With this relief to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
