(Order of this Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) The scope of the Writ petition is limited whereby the petitioner is seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made in old Survey No.30/9, new survey No.417/53 in the poramboku land in S.Vagaikulam Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District admeasuring 20 cents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2014 may be considered. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no tenable objection in directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.

5.In view of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 13.10.2014 given by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other alleged encroachers.
6.It is seen that the representation was given on 13.10.2014. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of the said representation along with this order copy within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the same shall be decided by the respondents within a period of 4 weeks. 7.With the above observation, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
