ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2014 and constitute a Muthavalli and a committee for the purpose of management of Khader Avuliya Dharga and Pallivasal at Pillathurai, Thathaiyengarpet, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

2. Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated

30.12.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This order should not be construed as giving any positive direction to the respondent, who shall pass orders, independently, depending on the facts and circumstances of the case.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
