This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 19.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2877 of 2020. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate states that final report has been filed on 08.07.2020. It appears that the learned Magistrate is yet to take a call in the matter. The Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call as regards the final report filed by the respondents. 3.With this direction to the jurisdictional Magistrate, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. Registry to mark a copy of this order to the jurisdictional Magistrate.
