Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8307 of 2022 on 29.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the co-accused in this case was murdered by the rival roup at Uthamapalyam and there is a life threat to the petitioner at Uthamapalayam. Hence, the petitioner seeks modification. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m. on all working days until further orders.
