ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second and third respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint given by the fourth respondent, except under process of law.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in respect of getting tender and thereby, the fourth respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner, based on the same, the third respondent frequently called the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation on 01.04.2025, but the same has not be considered. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry, but the petitioner without appearing for enquiry, filed this petition. However, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the fourth respondent's complaint along with the petitioner's representation, within a week. 2/5

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, is inclined to pass order in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the third respondent called the petitioner, but the second and third respondents denied the allegation levelled against them and only based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025 along with the complaint of the fourth respondent and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
