ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to his representation, the quarrying operation has already been stopped.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted the lease period granted to private respondents have already come to an end and new auction has also taken place.

In view of the subsequent development and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
