ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Clause 6(2)(3) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w.7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.135 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is working as a sales man in a Fair Price Shop. It appears to be a case of short fall. The petitioner was paid the short fall amount.

4.Recording the aforesaid fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
