ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
