O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal pending in Na.Ka.No.1366/Tha.Pi/2021, dated 25.03.2021, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. 3.The petitioner had made a complaint before the District Registrar seeking for cancellation of the disputed documents. The District Registrar, through order, dated 23.01.2021 had rejected the application filed by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal and the same was taken on file in Na.Ka.No. 1366/Tha.Pi/2021. Since no order was passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
