Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LOGANAYAKI.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3570 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2647 of 2022, dated 18.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that charge sheet has already been filed.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every hearing date regularly without fail.
