This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Page No. 1 of 4

respondent to file a final report in Crime No.439 of 2024 dated 02.10.2024 on the file of the respondent for offences under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and the charge sheet is ready. They will file the charge sheet within fifteen days.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the above said submission of the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to file the charge sheet within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

4. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
