O R D E R

Aggrieved by the directions issued, on 31.03.2016, in a collection petition / execution petition in Cr.M.P.No.2126 of 2015 in M.C.No.24 of 2010, by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil, the revision petitioner has directed this revision.

2. The revision petitioner has raised somany contentions in this revision with reference to the order passed in the said collection petition. He got a conditional stay also. However, the stay order came to a grinding halt, in view of his noncompliance of the directions issued by this Court.

3. In the circumstances, the Trial Court issued a non-bailable warrant against him. He got frightened. He has paid the entire amount. The very impugned order has been complied with by the revision petitioner by payment.In this revision, nothing survives.

4. In the circumstances, this revision is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
