ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to change the investigating officer in Crime No.85 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and on transfer to conduct fair investigation in accordance with law

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.
